yellowish/brown blotches

whats wrong with my plants?
their in potting soil with a 400w HPS 1 week into flowering.
PH is at 6.8
nutes are NPK 4/12/8

thanx man..yea i have 2 undetermined plants left 1 out of 6 seeds is a female so far. the one in the corner which didnt get the brunt of the fan is perfect..i shoulda thought of that..btw this is my second grow from some awesome bag seed. my first grow turned out great! with no issues whatsoever..i guess being the son of produce farmers gave me a green thumb..lol i used bag seed cuz i'm just not ready to use a seed bank just yet..weary of the cops and all.
