Yellowing, splotching.

Hey all,

I'm a genuine noobie messing around trying to learn before I actually start investing into anything bigger.

Quick run down.

Closet - 4'x6' about 9' tall.
Light - 400w Halide about 2' from plant.
Soil - I do not remember the exact brand but it was a high quality potting soil.
Nutes - Advanced Nutrients Bloom PH Perfect
Watering - Every 3 days with 30% runoff

Basically she's about a little over a week old and she started off great but last couple days she's been getting splotches of yellow and the newer leaves are starting off fairly yellow. Any ideas? Please constructive criticism I already know I do not know what I'm doing, that's why I'm here asking you guys

I just had a similar problem with mine 2 weeks I to flowering and after talking and showing a few pics... I was told it could be over watering. So I backed off and they are doing good.

Ahh while your plant look quite older than mine the problem does seem very similar, I had read before that it may have been under-watering and had started watering more which may explain why the problem got worse and not better? Should I just leave her to dry out for awhile?

I'd back off a bit. Let it dry out more. Maybe try less watering when ya water. From what I have seen... I could be wrong. Over watering turns the plant that color and under watering just kills the leaves dry. Not much color change.

Imo you should always let the plant dry out completely between waterings
