yellowing? please help

please help. my plants just keep getting more and more yellow, everyday i notice more yellow on the undergrowth. my two autoflowers, are almost 4 weeks old. this is my first grow and i got a little excited about the nutes and stupidly gave them some at 13 days, i burnt them. since then their health seems to go back and forth. one day i'll see them perked up and happy (usually after a water, but they didn't perk up when i watered them last night). the crystal, my larger plant is a lot more droopy then my smaller one, skunk #1. i'm worried about them, i thought the yellowing was from the nute burn but it's been awhile since i gave them nutes, ive only been giving PH water, so i don't see how it could be that. my soil is pretty woody, which i wish i would've known is bad. i'm using new soil next grow.

germinated in soil.

up until 13 days old i was keeping top soil moist with spray bottle.

water schedule

5/7 - .5 gallon BioGrow 1.5ml BioRoot 1.5ml BioWeed 1ml CaMg+ 1ml Diamond Black 1ml

5/10 - .5 gallon Root 5ml Weed 3ml

5/16 - 1 gallon flush PH 6.0

5/19 - 1/4 of gallon PH 6.1

5/21 - 1/4 of gallon PH 6.1

i always wait until my soil moistness meter is on 1 to water.

my soil PH meter says PH is at 7.

this is my crystal
the first weird thing i noticed on her was rusty marks on her leaf, the picture was taken 5/14
since then it has deteriorated to this, which was taken today, 5/21
she had some new growth come in with burnt tips (nute burn) and she defiantly has some claw going on
this picture was taken 5/19, as you can see her undergrowth was barely even yellow
as you can see, she's now turning yellow, and her first leaves just died off

this is my skunk,
has had some yellowing going on for awhile now. 5/14
and as you can see, they're getting worse and worse

please help

It looks like nitrogen deficiency because the lower leaves are yellowing first. Give the plants some fertilizer but not too much. Yellow leaves will not green up but new growth will be green and healthy.

i just gave them each 1/4 of a gallon that had 2ml of BioMarine NPK 2-3-1. recommended start dosage is 5ml on directions. is that good?
