Yellowing Plant (pics)

Yellowing in between veins at very top of plant. Whole plant also going lighter/yellow color. Top of leaf stems red.

Strain: Green Love Potion - SamSara
Growth Stage: ~3 weeks 12/12
Medium: Canna Terra Pro
Light: 400w HPS - Cooltube
Temps: Day - max 27C, Night - 20C
Watering: every 2-3 days. ph adjusted to ~6.5
Nutes: Canna Terra Flores, when added ph adjusted to ~6.5

Haven't been following a strict feeding/watering regime, but usually go feed/feed/water.

Using the drip/color change vial ph tester so I cant really test the runoff as it comes out yellow, and being a color based test is skews the result. So I cant measure the runoff, so I cant really find out the ph of my medium.

I have a ppm meter. I used it the last few times just to see a couple of things. The feed I gave it was at 1200ppm, and the runoff from that feeding was 1900ppm. Does that mean anything?

Its slowed down it water uptake.

I have another plant started at the same time that's been on the same schedule and it seems ok, or at least, not as bad....but MAY be going the same way. The GLP has seemed a lil more sensitive all the way through.

Anywho, that's all the possibly relevant info I can think off for now. Can you help me?

How much nutrient are u adding? I read that 19 ml per gallon/ 4 litters is what's recommended. Maybe plants a little hungry. Let us know how much your feeding. Or maybe your plant needs some Ca or Mg supplement. Those would be my 2 recommendations.

Thats about what I was adding. Added more during last feed/wetering...that was the 1200ppm one. Didnt seem to make a difference. CalMag Might be in order it would seem. Tap water here is very soft, like 35ppm, so maybe its not getting enough.

Possible over watering? Is the pot heavy? If I was you I would water less every day than more every few days.

Dont know where you got the idea that Im watering everyday, especuially when I stated pretty plainly that Im currently watering every 2 to 3 days...or when needed (ie, when the pot feels light...maybe takes 3-4 days to dry out now as its seems to have slowed). Thanks anyways I guess

You seem so sure...thats a good thing. Hopefully it is that easy. Im gonna get some calmag, is the CALiMAGic for hdro and soil applications? A very quick look on my behalf showed up mostly references to hydro. Maybe it doesnt matter. I dunno. Im gonna order online so it should be here within 2-3 days.

Having read my post back to myself its not clear what I meant.

If I was you I would water your plants with a lower amount of water every day, rather than watering larger amounts every few days. MJ does not like soggy soil, and under watering is better than over watering and then having to wait days for the soil to dry up. I, and many others, have made this mistake and then believed that there is a deficiency when its simply the plant not using the water due to over watering.

With all of your leaves yellowing I'd say its a nitrogen deficiency, have you switched to a flowering nutrient solution yet? If so switch back to a veg nute base until the leaves regain their color.

Yea, I know what you're saying...and thats the thing thats also telling me somethings is wrong. I USUALLY water every 2 days. Theyre in small pots so they usually go through the water quickly, in one and a half days sometimes. But its slowed its inntake of water. Its now taking ~3 to 4 days to dry out. So i don t think its a cause, but more of a symptom.

Have been on veg nutes up until the very last watering, where i gave it flowering nutes. Buds are rapidly forming now, so flowrring nutes are a must I would think. I dunno

And it started at the top of the plant...yellowing between the veins towards thr tip end of the leaves. I thoufht nitrogen def started in the old growth first, bottom up. This was more top, then bottom, then middle = whole plant.

Are those leaf tips turning down at 90 degrees?? Cause that could be nitrogen toxicity. That's something ive come across before especially during flowering. Either way try flushing with clean ph water for a few days then start back up at half of the strength

Yea, theres is a couple tips pointing down. Also a couple pointing down due to being squeezed into the tent up against the wall.

I wasnt aware of nitrogen toxicity looking like this. I thought they went really dark...? I dunno

Seems like a flush is probably a good thing to do anyways, then start back with proper nute levels, including the cal mag.

Im certianly no authority but could it be that your PH is too high, this will cause these symptoms locking out most nutrients starting with manganese ?
