Yellow, white and brown on newest leaves

The leaves are turning yellow. I noticed the yellowing today. The bottoms are, but reading that is expected. However the top 2 sets of leaves are also turning yellow and the top most leaves are yellow, white and brown. 2 pictures are attached, one showing bottom leaves in focus and other with top leaves in focus.

I am using MiracleGrow because my place did not have Foxfarm. I'm probably just an over precautious newbie like the every other newbie. I think the yellowing is from over-neuts from the MG. I last watered 2 days ago with room temperature water, 7.0 pH, tap water which had been left out several days for the chlorine to evaporate.

I also changed the light bulbs yesterday. I had her under 3640 Lumens worth of light using 2700K CFL bulbs. I learned that I should be using 6500K bulbs, so I changed to 6500K with 3200 Lumens at 2" away. I would like to rule out too much light or heat as the newest leaves on top are curling up a little.

What do you think is causing the yellow and white?
Thanks.

You got it, its the MG. Some plants can handle it, some turn to a crisp. These symptoms are typical mg burn. Are you able to order soil online?

My last watering was 7 days before, the leaves showed me that dehydrated look before I watered them. Before that I was watering 3 days, but then she gave me that over watered look.
How did you see the root rot?

I could order online, but it seems that they want $60 for the 3ct bag and free shipping or $15 for the bag and $60 shipping. But that aside, there are many Foxfarm products.
FoxFarm FX14001 1-Cubic Feet FoxFarm Organic Planting Mix

Happy Frog has been mentioned on this site several times; Googling that basically shows 2 versions of that, a brown bag which is potting soil and a yellow bag which is conditioner.

Will the FoxFarm Planting Mix or the Happy Frog yellow bag be good choices?

Should I plan on mixing in 1/3 of Perlite into it?
