lack of nutes. When you switched to 12/12 the uptake on nutes increased and yellowed out your tops. Happened to me on my 2nd grow. I use Jacks nutes which is an all-in-one so can't tell you what the deficiency is, I just had to increase ppms around 200-250.

I know what you're talking about, it's not that. The way it's yellowing, with sickly green veins, something is off.

Shabba, Your RO water is likely to blame. Among other things, its probably too alkali. I know people talk it up, but I've had nothing but problems with it. Just use tap water and adjust ph before watering. I know someone will chime in and say they've never had trouble with it, but not all water is the same.

Water use dips a little bit right when you switch to 12/12, you could be experiencing over watering, too.

Thanks for the info... my tap water sucks... like 400+ ppm sucks... idk what the f is in there so I brought the filter... I never had this problem... first time using TO water so you may be 100% correct... I tried a mix of the two... put the water at 100 ppms before nutes were added. Now I'm at around 850 ppms in the transition phase
