yellow streaks on main branch leaves..

i dont have a picture, but there are yellow streaks inbetween greenness.. is this nutrient burn? and will this cause my plant to slow growth?

ANSWER ME THIS! IS THE COLORING TOPICAL OR DOES IT SHOW UNDERNEATH AS WELL... BIG DIFF BETWEEN DAMAGE AND CHLOROPHYLL... GIVE EM SOME NITROGEN... HOW OLD ARE THEY, SOME MORE INFO WOULD BE GOOD

umm.. idk. its just yellow ontop i think. its like streaks of yellow its not spots or on the edges or anything.. its streaks all the way down the leaf..
