yellow leaves

im getting alot off yellow leaves there going straight from green to yellow and its gettin worse the closer i move the light to them. i set my veg room up and due to them being sick there lyk 9 weeks old already but have only jus gone under the 600w. i started wiv it high and the closer i move it dwn the more yellow leaves i get wen i pt it bk up it stops? i think its the heat from the light bt wot do i do????

Just keep it further away put your hand at the top of your plant if it gets to hot you need to move it further away.

It sounds like you've already figured out what's doing it, and what to do to help it. Move that light up, mate!

It's called light bleaching, the light (not the heat) destroys the chlorophyll.

Are they hungry, NPK deficient? Ph problems? I had same issue and upping the feed strength and sorting the ph did a world of wonders.

nah it aint that cus it aint coming from the top its startin from the bottom i think it nitrogen diffeciancy??

Uniform yellowing of lower leaves is characteristic of nitrogen deficiency. What are you feeding them? How much hand how often?

If you introduce more intense lighting, the plant will "work" more. It requires more nutrients/water to keep up with increased photosynthesis due to the lighting change. This might explain why when you move the light closer, the problem gets worse. The plant is using more light and therefore requires more to sustain it.

it was nitrogen ive treated it wiv nitrogen and thanks for the other cus i was thinking that bt wasnt sure cheers
