Yellow leaves

please anyone help me figure out what is going on with my baby ... i am a first time groweing i haVE HER UNDER A 400 W LIGHT with a fan so air flow isnt a problem ...i DONT over water and dont over feed ( if anything underfeed) it never gets very cold where she is ... i cant figure it out ...its just the bottom leaves that turn yellow than the tips go brown ..( should i cut that little bit of brown off) ...if anyone can help me i would be greatly thankfull..:0 happy high times everyone

Also - please answer these questions so it is easier for us to diagnose your problem:

1) Are you in veg or flowering?
2) What type of system are you running?
3) What type of nutrients?
4) Specs on your nutrient feeding program: EC/PPM/feeding schedule?
5) How long has the problem been going on?

Need more information and possible pictures as well.

A lot of yellowing in leaves during vegetative stage is due to an N deficiency, but pictures would really help out.

good mronign ...thanks alot for the help heres a picture .... im running a 400w hps... mechanical air (fan) i feed with a growing fomula that was recomeneded by my friend who owns a hydroponics store?? dont know what its called right now am not at home but its a growing formula i know thta ...and i am in veg stage about a month old

to me it looks like time to transplant to bigger pot, in the picture your pot looks small and I'm bettin your root bound and not getting nutes from soil

just my 2 cents based on photo

the pot is a peat moss pot and the roots are supposed to be coming threw the pot to let me know i need to transplant ...is that not usually the case do the roots not break threw???

rule of thumb is that the roots will be as deep as the plant is tall
and it looks like an N deficiency to me
but could be a nute burn ie; soil is hot, time released nutes

not sure about roots coming thru never used them??
