Yellow leaves and how much nitrogen to add and how often?

Ok. I've been adding N to my nutes and foliar feeding every 3 days with a 1/2 dose of N. LEaves still appear to be getting a little more yellow. Any idea's?

according to the pics from this site. I have an iron deficiency. How can I fix that and do you concur? It looks just like my problems. ADVISE PLEASE FAST!!! Losing lots of leaves!

However, it also looks like the photo from N deficiency. The iron issue states it affect new leaves. Mine affect old leaves and moves on to the newer growth.
