XtraSun Reflector to Galaxy Ballast? Cord Questions

So I went down to the local hydroponic shop today & I purchased a ballast. I tried to hook up my reflector that I recently bought two weeks ago. Just my luck, the two cords do not hook up to each other. Keep in mind that this is the first time I ever dealt with anything dealing with setting up a grow room. I am not familiar with these types of cords, perhaps someone can explain to me what I might need too get this to connect properly? Here is my reflector & ballast, I also took pictures of the male & female cord. If you can help me get this connected properly I would be greatly appreciated, I'll get rep points for anyone that can help me.

Thanks for the quick reply, I honestly had no idea what to even search for. One more question though, at the hydroponic shop they also had two different kinds of 600 watt digital ballasts. Lumatek 600W 120 HPS/MH E-Ballast & GALAXY 600 WATT ELECTRONIC BALLAST, which one is the better of the two? The lumatek was like 10$ more & I noticed it has the correct kind of plug on it, the reason why I am asking is I may try to return the Galaxy ballast and swap it for the Lumatek. If i would have knew I need to buy a 10$ cord for it to work properly I would have just went ahead and bought the Lumatek.

I have a lumatek. My local hydro shop has galaxy too. I really see no difference, I'd be happy with either brand.

Do you use the dimmer control much, the ballast I have doesn't really have any features on it other then the reset button.
