THC is rated in a percentage in relation to the total amount of cannabinoids found in the trichome heads tested, not against overall bud-mass/plant-matter.

That is also why the old myth about how herb back in the 60’s and 70’s was so much less potent came into being. Back then THC was rated in a percentage to all trichome-matter. When all the various things that make up a trichome head and are found in them that are not a cannabinoid were removed from the equation of course anything tested under the new standards would result in a higher percentage of THC than if tested under the old standards.

I would say you were a bit off about hash too, at least depending on how it is made.

Other than that I agree with you. BC Seeds has long been known as a ripoff site by anyone who has been doing this for a while. I really am amazed how often someone gets all excited about some mythical claims from a company that if they deliver anything to you at all the genetics will be so poor that it would make Roadside Red seem like Panama Red.

I guess it happening is proof that P. T. Barnum was correct when he said; "There's a sucker born every minute."

Thank you Brick top. that has been something i have been confused about. That is a good thing to know

Just checking in and letting you guys know that I'm harvesting my pollinated Elephant plants next week if they want to see the results they should check in a week around my threads.

They are currently very shiny and resinated at 5 weeks while my other plants that I started at the same time aren't even close. The trichomes have been there since week two and they are now starting to stand up and cloud. Flushing with water and molasses for a few more waterings. Even if i flush this plant wrong. it's still going to be delicious looking.

No one should be confused in any way about BCSeeds. It has long been known to be a ripoff site. The information below was found on Greenman's seedbank rating site.

This is the rip-off section. The following seedbanks I've heard many bad things about. They are NOT recommended. aka means also known as. X means they seldom or never send the product. N means sending non viable seeds (non sprouting seeds) M indicates they send very inferior seeds or nothing at all.

A-1 Seedbank (X,N)
BC Seeds (X,M)
Beeoo (X)
Fairlight (X,N)
Greenmanspage (X,M)

I'm sharing my experience with the elephant thats it and you guys just try to dismiss me with no real facts.... You don't even think "hmm lets go look at his pictures and see whats up" or thanks dude, but we don't like bc seeds. why even reply if you're just going to bring negativity to the argument.

I'm enjoying the elephant and I'm seeing results. Especially compared to my other plants the elephants PH has stayed constant, it hasn't had any insect damage, close to no nutrient burn.

While all of my other plants i'm battling ph problems and making the typical mistakes most first time growers make. The elephant remains diligent and shiny.

in regards to greenman's seedbank review. I've seen it quoted multiple times and my confusion is why we are taking one guys word for it?

I'm aware bc seeds talks their products up. But its still interesting to see the end result of their labors, no matter the price.

they dont have labors. its like watching a bagseed grow. did you grow a ten pack and all ten look the same or maybe 2 phenotypes?

BC bud depot delivered me 15 seeds of the purps for the price of ten and it came a week early. ive had no probs with them in fact quite the opposite i emailed them a couple of times and both times they emailed back with in 24 hours. im sorry if the are a few farmers out there who didnt get their beans but to say they dont deliver and keep your money is ALOAD OF HORSE SHIT!. I cant comment on the genetics yet cos they havent been put into soak, but when i do (3 weeks) ill do a mini grow report so we can finally finish any misconceptions of their stains. current grow super lemon haze, chiesel, pakistani pure kush, bubba kush and channel +

View attachment 1059319 BC Seeds "big Momma"
Got five seeds from a buddy. All germed and I veged for almost four weeks. Flower for almost eight weeks to the day. three females. two males. picture is of most of one plant taken on Iphone. the other two were a bit smaller but all produced tight sparkly nuggs. trichs were 90% milky and 5-8% amber. Haven't tasted it yet but smells delicious. Grown DWC. I'll let everyone know about the yeild and final quality in a few weeks. I did not order the seeds but a buddy says he has had no problems with bc seeds. when i looked up the web page it said they were "closed for the summer"??? never heard that one before!! Any opinions as to how they look? I'm a new grower and this is my second attempt.
thanks
robby

i finished their "trainwreck", "chronic" and "white widow/sweet tooth." they were very reasonably priced, the chronic was 60, ww/st was 55, and the TW was free. i only say this so no one assumes i paid $1000 for a pack of seeds. i was fooled but i'm no fool lol. at the time i didnt know anything at all about seedbanks. the bud was excellent but i have to say the overall genetics are not very good. poor vigor, especially with the "chronic." none of the strains grew like they should if they were actually those strains. poor yield as well. 2 oz dry from one TW in a 10 gal dwc, and the others were too poor to admit haha. obviously i'm not supporting this place, but i dont think ive seen or heard of anyone finish a grow with them. except maybe jasper, but i think he dropped off. anyways, two cents.

Brick Top - you are wasting your breath on these BC Seeds supporters. They are as has been mentioned affiliated with the rip-off site or complete idiots. I live in BC and it is well known that these guys prey on first-timers. For obvious reasons, no one goes to the better business bureau. There are legitiamate sellers looking for these guys for the damage they have done to the BC name. Right now the site says "We have moved to Holland". Not true, they are hiding in the Nelson, BC area. I hope it really stings when they get caught.
