i thought they were over watered, so i stoped watering and they didn't improve! To me it looks like it could be either nitrogen toxcicity or deficency! So if i try to correct one, and i'm wrong, i'm sure to kill the plants!

At that age/stage of growth you should not have been feeding them enough for it to be a case of nitrogen toxicity. If it were a case of nitrogen toxicity you would not have light/pale faded leaves, they would be dark green, to dark green and likely a dull dark green with possibly a hint of a dull bluish tint.

I have to guess over watering first and then nitrogen deficiency second. Over watering will cause drooping but it will also inhibit the intake of nitrogen and you end up with light/pale/faded leaves.

Have you been feeding them? If so what have you been feeding them? How many times/how often have you fed them if you have been feeding them? Does your soil have any slow release fertilizer in it? How often were you watering them? How long has it been since you cut back the amount and or frequency of watering? Does your soil have adequate drainage or does it tend to remain wet/moist for long? Were you letting your soil dry out or nearly dry out between watering? Are you now?

 Figured it out and corrected the problem with folar feeding and liquid nutes, pH and nitrogen deficiency. My babies are already looking better! bongsmilie
