May be spidermites they leave the bottom side of the leaves looking as you describe, but I can't see from your photos.

Get a 30x pocket microscope with a light from your hydro store or online. $10. Check the leaves on your plants (tops and underneath) The look like little ticks. You can use the microscope later on to check your trichromes to see when your plants are ready too.

If you have them get Neem Oil. Follow directions on the bottle. Spray every week through veg and after 1 week of flower. Cover all plant surfaces.

The pictures are bad so it's hard to tell but picture 2 looks just like spider mites. Pay $10 for the microscope to be sure. Or take better pictures. You can still spray them with neem oil; you are early into flower. When you spray them during veg it's to make sure nothing happens to them throughout flower. Spraying them now won't hurt them. Neem is is organic. You just don't want to be spraying it on buds cause it smokes like shit.

Pictures still suck  but my guess know is thrips. Looks like tons off eggs to me. Honestly can't be sure and you are going to need some type of magnifying device.

yeah, looks like eggs to me too. Some parasite maybe but dont panic, if its what i think it is (dont remember the name) we had those on flowers in the back yard and we used water and soap but if the THC crystals are already formed, you might damage the leaves or risk mold :-?

I cant say what the problem is because the pics are fuzzy normally white dots are a sign of mites. can you see anything moving? stare at the leaves real close a heavy mite infestation will show some thin webs. they spin webs to keep dry. if its thrips you will need spinosad not sure if neem will work. mighty wash worked real good for flower so do hot shot no pest strips but you will need a few. 9 days into flower means you need to get busy real soon. if I were you I would take them to the bath tub and give them a good shower. get some baby shampoo mix it in a spay bottle with water just a table spoon of soap. tip the plant upside down and spray the undersides of the leafs. wipe the leafs with your fingers or a sponge real light and give it a rinse mites hate cold water. If its bugs then it will spread, if its just on one plant then I wouldn't have a cow just try to wash it off and dry your plant before you put it back under the hid light

lady bugs are junk wash them off like i said try plain water first. dont jump the gun thinking they are mites try to see if they are moving.if they are murphys oil soap works real good 3/4 cup to 5 gallons of water mix it up in a trash can and dunk them try 1/2 cup per 5 gallons of water first. make sure you wipe off all the leaves stalks and stems.
