Thanks for stoping by and sharing your time and knowledge

My plants are about 21 days old from seed Still on 18/6

They are in 3x3 rockwool cubes, which were soaked in 5.1 for 24 hrs.

Out of 8 Plants, Same strain, God bud. Half of them have wrinkled leaves, Slight tip curves. The other 4 look GREAT.

RES. info

PPM 420

P.H. 5.2-6.2 It Drifts

Run off --------Sample taken after 20 sec of run off from feeding

PPM 420

PH 6.2
MY QUESTION IS THIS

Do you think the High ph nature of rockwool is causing the ph within the medium to raise to an unacceptable level??

Or do you think the Wrinkled leaves are being caused by cal -mag diff.

Or possible over watering?

I am using RO water with starting PPM of 40, Canna substra soft water nutes - THIS SHOULD TAKE CARE OF ANY CAL MAG ISSUES?

Feeding Currently 2 hrs after lights turn on, for 2 mins. And two hours before lights off, for 1 minutes ( run of starts after pump being on for JUST 16 SECONDS)

Are your rw cubes over saturated? Maybe try letting them dry up a Lil between watering? 3inch cubes are easy to over water. Maybe dip the bottom 1/3 of the cubes for a couple seconds once a day. Or drip for 5 min once a day

Do you have pictures? I think a Ph of 5.2 isn't good, try 5.8-6.0 and stay there. Rockwool should never get soaked unless your feeding your plants. I had a flood and drain table with rockwool cubes, they got feed once a day for 15 minutes! If your rockwool is constantly soaked your smothering your plants...post pictures and you'll get the answer to why they look like they do.

Thanks for stopping by senior,

I highly believe the cubes are over saturated, however, if I were to run my dripers for 5 min, I would be losing a SHIT LOAD of run off,

As I said, i start to achieve run off after the pump running for just 16 seconds.

Do you think maybe 2 min or three min in the morning, and thats it?

But I am pretty sure, that if I let the cubes go the whole day with just one watering, My PH will climb verrrrry high.

I guess I can try this and check the RUN-OFF the next morning during the feed, if PH is to high, I will have to add a second feeding a couple of hours before lights
out.

i dont think you need runoff in rockwool. runoff would lead to oversaturation? .. your ph climb is probably from them either not having enough air in the root zone, or maybe they are hungry? i would check out al b. fucts rooting a batch of clones in rockwool. he gives great info in that thread on how to treat your rockwool. you gotta let the rw dry though just not too dry. then set your feedings schedule around there moisture levels? al weighs his cubes lol.
