If he met the dealer through a phone game way of getting numbers from numbers then... Well the guy who has $9,500 of counterfeit money and out 8lb's of bud is going to play that phone game backwards.

Talk to your friend about it, and make sure it's in person. Ask how he met him, and if anyone else knows. I wouldn't tell a soul being it anonymously online or not.

Honestly, I would be more worried about your friend spending that counterfeit money at places that can be traced back to him more easily. Counterfeit money is a great way to end up in jail very fast.
