Does anyone have advice on how long to let these babies stay in veg before flowering? I have 6 vertical feet and 4'x4' to the sides.
I would like to flower with cfls due to the cost of hps & mh lights. What type of harvest could I get. I have 6 extra 2700k 23w bulbs I plan on adding ( not curently in use) as well as 2- 65 w 3900L / 2700k cfls. in total, I would be running in the range of 31,800 Lumens of light - 8 2700k and 9 5500k ....anyone have an idea?

I would suggest doing lst on them if you are going to stay with clf's the whole way, that way you can position the lights closer to all bud sites. I would flower sooner than later, due to the fact that cfl's don't penetrate very far, and once you start to flower they are gonna stretch. I would say AT LEAST double or triple in height. I would flower soon. They look good by the way.

I couldn't help it. more pictures.
I have a good feeling about these plants. there are 3 others, but this one is for some reason getting most of my attention. mainly because of the agressive rate at which she's (fingers crossed) growing.
I'll wait a week and post more. as well as all the way through harvest.
peace my friends.

a friend with weed is a friend indeed!:joint:

damn they do look healthy and are bushy for being so young. you could position the cfls all around it if it stay that thick too! good job man! it sounds like you got a good amount of light also. if you do add more for flowering maybe you should think about getting more lower watt cfls like 26w that way you can spead them around the plants and keep you hood on top? im using 14 26watts and 2 18w for flower and i only use 6 23w and 2 15 tubes for veg and it works nice for me. goodluck

Hey driftwoodg, Very Nice! What strain is that?

I'm doing a small grow with bagseed and am unsure of my strain. I veg'd to day 28 (way too long for me but I took clones). It has stretched like CRAZY. I'm up to 29 inches now with no end in sight. I'm almost out of vertical space.

Keep up the pics, they look GREAT!
