would you buy this hps ballast/reflector?

Im looking for a decent 400 hps setup, and am a believe in "you get what you pay for". This is cheap but is it too good to be true?

I would need more info on the warranty and stuff like that. The price is cheap but who makes it and how long will it last. Is it UL approved for fire safety? Just me. I need to know this stuff before I buy. Try finding the web site for the product to get more info if you have to. Good Luck!

why wouldn't you want HID? Thats a good deal and High Tech is a reputable company. But try your local hydro shop. Not only are you supporting the local mom and pop business but you can pay cash too. but the e-bay deal is ok. i got a 400w duel mh and hps ( 8oo watt total pwer) and reflector, ballast, nutes, 35clones, timer, termomiter, inline fan, carbon scrubber, and 4 inch ducting, plus mylar and 30 grow bags. for $350 from a RIU friend.. look for deals and be patiant.

go to there web sight and get the number, ask for tony tell him the deal you seen and tell him you really didn't want to spend more then 100 bucks. see if he'll work with you.

I wouldn't buy anything from ebay when you can buy it directly from any online hydro supply store.
