i thinking about this for when my plants get big and need some under lights

Sorry for the 5 year olds drawing abilities at this hour of the night and with many beers and smokes taken

so basically what we have here is a birds eye view of the growbox with the main lamp remove, green plants and the lamps clamped to poles that hold up the box.

the blue is live and the brown is negative wires but with no breaks between them. this leads to a standard wall socket

in other words, i dont want to have to use another 4 plugs for 4 other lights

will this work?

yes and no...

yes you can plug more then 1 light into one outlet but notthe way in yourpic.

to make it work just wire it in parallel.... in other words the positive and negative of each light fixture will connect to the plug going into the wall.

if this is confusing i could draw it out for you just let me know.

i think what you are saying is this

with just for example in this picture - the top two lights wired

ive already kinda done this with one plug for my extractor and pc fan - it was 2 very heavy thick copper wires going into it for each connection

i think 4 going into one plug will be very difficult, unless you can suggest something else?
