Would this work for my plants

I got some fert today with a ratio of 4-12-8 for their flowering cycle. Is this a good ratio to use or should I get something different? Not alot of choice where I live.

Is it organic? That can make a bit of a difference.

K`s a bit low... I`dd add some potassium sulphate around week 2 or 4

I don't think it is organic.
