Would this settup work???

I have an 8 by 8 room in my garage, i built it just for my grow room. I plan on adding two more 8 by 8 rooms soon so i can have a room for each stage. But my first grow i am going to do everything in this room. I have a humidity dome and t5 floresent light to start my seeds. And then from there i Have 2 400 watt. hps lights. I have two fans and a exaust fan. I am going to use scotts potting soil 60%, perlite 15%, worm casting 5%, Blood meal 5%, Bone meal 3% and then adjust the ph as i need. For fert. i am going to use the Jacks " dynamic duo" and going to only use 1/4 recomended dose per gallon of distilled water. I have ordered 20 royal queen seeds northern light femenized.

So this will be my first grow and plan to continue until have enough money to buy ranch.
Tell me what yall think about this settup and please the more suggestions and advice the better, i will realy appreciate all the help.

and i intend to do 1 month veging, 2 month flower...
