Hey JD, welcome to RUI!

There is 6'6" of stem for each plant, the highest cola is less than 6" above the bucket rim. Go for short plants and a deep bucket, there are pictorials for this style of grow in the Stem Training chapter of Weed Science.

Im using 1 pot per 1 plant planning on having 3 plants and was wondering if these would be any good for lst? thats my question so can someone answer it please :D

oh and im not doing lst just because of my box height but also because it will get more light to other budsites meaning i should get a bigger yeild :D

The problem with shallow pots with a lot of surface area is the dry zone where no roots will grow. Shallow pots give you less livable volume for the roots than deeper buckets of the same volume.

How deep are those pots?

About 5-6 inches but im not going to be using these now i think ill stick with some normal 10 litre (2 gallon) pots :D
