Would i be weakening my future genetics or quality of bud by doing this?

I'm pretty sure i know the answer to this question but thought i'd ask. So i wanna mix some strains together and see what i get, so seeing how blue berry is the only indica i'm growing this year outside i was gonna take a clone from her and put it in A 5 gal pot and when i think it's ready im gonna use colloidal silver method and make her grow pollen sacs indoors and collect the pollen. I also plan on making clones of other strains keeping them outside until mid- late august in pots seeings how the sun is better then a LED grow light, by this time they will be in flower i'd then bringing them in and pollinate them and let them grow and finish under the led light (2x Mars hydro 300w). But i feel like i'm some how gonna weaken the genetics or quality of bud by using pots and then later a grow light. Rather then if my clones were planted in the ground and pollinated well growing outside under the sun. Which i don't wanna do for obvious reasons. What's the chances my F1 seeds i create will produce quality bud and also wouldn't be more prone to produce seeds that have mutations and stuff, if the F1 seeds were planted outside next year would they still have a chance at getting 6-8 feet tall? The one strain i wanna mix with blueberry is a high CBD strain that's around 30:1 CBD whats the chances the seeds created would be around 15% CBD ?
