Would 4 2700k 40w CFL's do for a little small 1 - 2 plant grow?

Would 4 2700k 40w CFL's do for a little small 1 - 2 plant grow? I just got done cleaning the house and I happened to stumble upon 4 (40W) Soft White CFL Light Bulbs that each put out 550 lumens. I know this isn't the best setup or even close but I just want to get my feet wet with 1 - 2 smaller plants. I'm a novice and will be learning & investing into better more efficient setups in the future when the funds are available, however I want to start the process now. Any links to tutorials guides or plain out advice would be helpful. I'm not looking to yield a lot but just something to make me satisfied I'm learning

If they are 40 actual watts the 4 will be fine for flowering you should add a few 5500-6500k bulbs during veg though.

If 550 lumes each is correct the bulbs are probably only 13 actual watts = not worth your time aim for closer to 100 watts per plant
