I terminated the operation
The tall Reggie that hermied I cut her down today
She's hanging upside down in one of my closets... The other two girls are in my bathroom
I took them out of the tent and I bleached down the tent last night
medicated was right... Even though I found the problem Early it was too late
She had pollinated everything
i'm going to bleach everything down again in the morning and then start flowering the Afghan cheerleaders... Still wondering why the girls went hermie
I just don't get it... All three of the females
I wish I knew what I did wrong so I won't do it again
all I know is that I'm not going to grow anymore Reggie plants
I have plenty of clones and plenty of purchased female seeds... I just did that experiment to show a friend that a seed out of the bag can produce a potent female plant... Going to cut down the other small Reggie plant in about two days
Then this weekend I'll cut down the sour
The solid still smells so so Poten

Got me reading into this stuff mate....... I think it was just bad genetics, found this.....
Like the man said- almost ANY MJ plant can hermie if stressed-- SOME stress at the drop of a hat, others have to really be badly "manhandled" etc.. to hermie..
then there are the genetic hermies...
Stress hermies are MOST likely to pop out yellow finger-shaped "bananas" inside the female flowers. These drop small amounts of pollen into the plant... but it CAN spread thru the grow via fans or plants touching etc... they are so small and so hard to find, these can rarely be "fixed" per se.
Then SOME stress hermies will get a few full-fledged male flowers, usually under or IN the base of the female buds...
IF you know what is stressing them-- fix it!
Then pick off all the male pods every day as you find them. If after a week they are still forming-- there is either still a stress issue, or they are genetically flawed and can't be "fixed".
MANY hermies occur at the end of a grow, as the act of growing them under artificial conditions is a stressor in itself... since these plants usually veg MUCH longer and go thru many different lighting changes thru the grow season outdoors... if this happens, best thing to do is check the trichomes to see how far from harvest you are-- and have an early harvest if possible... a couple weeks early for one plant is better than it spewing pollen all over the grow room!
Then there are your flat-out genetic hermies... they almost always start out as hermies-- within the 1st couple weeks of 12/12... getting both male and female parts almost simultaneously. These are crap plants and should always be culled.

Thats useful info my man...just teaches me a lesson...never grow bagseed with female purchased seeds...live and learn...i harvested the big bag seed that i believe started the whole mess...over 100 seeds in that biatch! i took every seed out possible...and it looks pretty good!
So...after bleaching the tent down twice...hopefully thats the last ill see of the spidermites...The Afghan cheerleaders haven't seen any Hps, so i wanted to give them a good 24 hours in to get adjusted to the new stronger light. So i'll kill the lights at 10pm tonight to start flowering...very excited! Oh yea...the Smaller Cheerleader outgrew the bigger one... only because her pot is slightly bigger...pretty awesome though!

Thanks man..YEa...I have a 2 bedroom basement apartment. Me and my friend occupy it...Got a lil 3 chair bar in there and everything...def. man cave..lol...and yes...i know they would be identical if they were in the same pot. But at the time i didn't have two pots of the same...So i knew the lil girl would outgrow the big one...hey...more yield! So its not a bad thing...Fuc me m8 wasn't half loaded with seed .......

After Hermieing and force stopping the op...This strain i must say is amazing...Only 7 weeks of the 12 and with a early harvest, I got about 100 seeds from the sour which i kept. They are all female seeds...RQ sour D/2 different bag seed strains...will grow one out and if its proper i will give it a name and sell the seeds...Buds are dense...even in curing...and i'm already a week in...smell is semi there but no hay smell which is great! got about 70 grams dry from the sour plant...its still in jars...rh stable at 62%...I have the humidipaks in to ensure a almost perfect cure...after being closed for 4 days, i smoked some yesterday...major head high! When i eat hot foods or smoke some really good bud the top of my head starts to sweat...I got that head sweat when i smoked it so i know its good! Taste still isn't quite there...but the high is! i'll open again on sunday...will update...
Ok...havent updated in a while...and there are a few mods i added...Ive been hearing about budcandy so ive got some of that and replaced my floranova bloom with budcandy. Ive heard nothing but great things about it so i just had to try...At week 3, day 21, i did the switch...So lets see how it goes with the budcandy. Today is day 25 of flowering...2 days away from week 4! This is a 7-8 week budding strain so i'm basically halfway there...everythings looking great! Cant complain...here are the pics

Hopefully they are a nice strain which I am pretty confident they will be..... Be good to see one grew out as well .... Any ideas on the name yet ?
those buds on the Afghan Cheerleaders are just going to get fatter and fatter, was going to get that but I decide to go with the Tahoe kush and 8 ball kush was basically down to cash I had in the bank at the time of seed buying lol but I will e watching ..... About the Sour...YEs...i found a name...Im calling it Mosberg...I only have one seed though...Im such an idiot...i put the seeds in a ziplock and they all molded...but i was rolling up some of the sour and found a seed...i put her in a baggie...so sometime down the line i will grow her...im loaded with seeds right now so i don't need to buy any for a long time...I got a original blueberry clone from my boy...just planted her in a big pot...Also added one of the sour plants to the flowering tent...theres just enough room on one side for her...so buy the time the cheerleaders are done, the sour will be half done.
