Last night..I went to look at my plant and all the leaves had drooped down straight..every hair on her was orange...this was 4 weeks into flower no real buds yet..just hairs and trichomes...for the past two weeks I was wondering if she was rootbound. When switched to 12\12 there was no final stretch..just started sprouting hairs...all in all I am very dissapointed in my first grow 4 months of hard work just to get to the very end. And have to give up..she was so close..I had to chop her down..when I lifted her at the stem 100 percent of the soil came up with the roots..so I figured she was root bound...but I was determined not to let this ruin my growing experience so I microwave dried the bottom half of the plant and hung the main cola up to dry..I smoke what little bud I had and it got me slightly buzzed..the main cola is up drying right now...so dissapointed..next grow I will come back and change everything up. Start with phd water...more light..light proof tent..and a feminized seed from a seed bank. I'm so mad and upset...first grow. And I fucked everything up from the beginning...she was so beautiful r.i.p mary jane<\3

Well at least your grew a plant to maturity on your first shot and that's damn impressive. You have nothing to be ashamed about. :weed:

Unlucky man, I honestly cant diagnose what happened to your plant, but I do know the feeling of waiting so so long for something you love to only have it shit itself when comes time to pull. Im at my 2nd attempt at growing now and have only jus got a plant with bud, except shes burning a little now...

Hope your next grow is a million times better mate, nothing worse than stressing and having no meds to fix the ganjika !!

Thanks man:( it hurts to smoke what she left me...but hopefully next time it'll be better. How did your first plant end up?

Hey, I just wanted to say that I know how it feels having a failed/trashed grow..
In fact, when I started my first ever grow outdoors, I had 8 plants growing (all clones that I bought) and 4 of them ended up dying because I burned the shit out of them with nutes while they were vegging, 2 more died about 1 week after they started flowering because of a spider mite infestation, and 1 of them got torn up by a bird.
All I had after this happened was one plant and she was doing fine until up to about 6 weeks of flowering (2 weeks left until harvest), when a "friend" of mine ripped my shit...
Then I learned from my mistakes and did okay (which was pretty fucking bad from when I look back at it now) on my next outdoor season, harvesting about 3 ounces dry off of each plant. All while learning new techniques and tricks.
From then on, every single outdoor grow that I've done has kept getting better... With bigger yields, more vibrant colors, and better quality bud.
Now, I grow about 7 ounces - 1 lb per plant outdoors (could do more if I wanted them bigger, but I keep them that size because I don't want anybody to see them and rip my shit).
And now, I'm beginning to grow indoors. I've tried it once before, but my dog had killed the plants during my first attempt at indoor growing (which sucked).
And I have to say this...
If I hadn't fucked up my first grow, I probably wouldn't have gotten to the point that I'm at today.
I wouldn't have tried new things and probably wouldn't have improved as much as I have now.
Yeah, it sucks when all of that hard work went to waste.. But it wasn't for nothing. I can guarantee you that.
If you stick to it, I guarantee you that one day you'll be growing some top shelf medicine and will continue to amaze/impress yourself with every grow.
Don't give up! You'll thank yourself in the future for it. :wink:

Mate my first plant I ended up vegging for about a month and then carkd it lol !! This is my girl now, and as you can see the burns....

Yeah you burned her good;p hahah. Atleast she has sum bud on her...I'm over here smoking hairs and leaves hahahaha. And crankyxr hopefully ill be growing better stuff I'm going to try it again but I think ill try autos for a little 3 in flower and 3 in veg at the same time so ill always be harvesting and have a constant flow of smoke.

She only has around 2.5-3 weeks before harvest so I hope I can fix this fucking burn its shitting me.
Im not too sure on the strain bro, it was some bagseed I had sitting around. When I got my tent,lights etc etc I was impatient and couldnt wait for my seeds to arrive from the UK so I put down a seed to go 12/12 and a normal photo period plant. Both are female which is a plus.
They look sativa dominant, but she didnt do any real stretching until I put her into flower, grew about 2ft since in flowering.
If anyone can somehow identify the strain that would be cool, but she smells really good, nice and pungent. I cut a lower branch off a week ago and had a smoke, got us high for an hour or so but had to smoke a fair bit of it to keep it rolling, and because it wasnt flushed or dryed properly was fairly harsh. Im hoping it will be some good smoke when all the trichs have turned milky/amber and she fills out properly. Jus hoping I can get rid of this burn so she can grow at her most efficient !!

I went from Nutrifield Coco A+B in conjunction with Nutrifield Alaska Pure at the start of flowering, I had no problems no burns nothing was going great.

I changed to Cyco Platinum Series A+B Flowering (specific flowering nutes) and Nutrifield Alaska Pure - Burns Burns fucking burns !!!

But she only has 2-3 weeks to go, dont really wanna change her over and shock her... really dont know what to do aye... I dont wanna fail this late into the grow lol
