Worst/Best state to grow/consume pot

What are people's opinions of the best and worst states to be busted for growing or smoking herb? The best will obviously be Alaska or California, although the laws are a little grey, there are still difficulties in possessing large amounts of cannabis in these areas. However; what is the worst state to be fucked in? I might have to go with NJ or Delaware. Possession of any amount of herb will cost you a year and a thousand dollars. Anyone else agree or are there definately worse?

They gave a guy in Indianapolis 35 years for 1 plant. They even said they didn't believe he sold and only had it for personal use. On top of that he was 62!

Its probably Utah. You know that all the places where liquor is sold in Utah is only in state run liquor stores.

And Of course California is the best state to get caught in because were gonna legalize it.:clap::clap::clap:

I'd say the worst is probably somewhere down south. Its pretty crazy shit down here. They still believe in the no alcohol on sundays. VERY religious.

yeah i live in utah, we can only buy 3% beer in grocery stores and the state has a monopoly on the hard liquor in the liquor stores. If you get caught with weed they will show no mercy.

There still like that in Indianapolis. They tried to pass a bill to sell on Sundays and liquor stores complained they would lose business!?

Edit: Interestingly, I did a search and couldn't find anything about this case. I hesitate to call bullshit until you can come up with the article.;-)

this dose not state a damn thing about a 62 byear old man going to prison for 35 years. find the article or quit lying! oh btw texas is pretty bad from what i hear any amount down there is a felony and my sister got busted with an ounce down in vegas and got 120 days and a felony! stay away from the southern usa with your weed!

Just call the non emergency line on a prepaid cellphone with fake name and address and ask them if you don't then just shut the fuck up because im not lying and 120 days isn't shit for an ounce compared to here you face up to a year for a pipe alone don't believe me just ask 317-327-3811 call or just shut the fuck up

wow, ITT: My state sux moar than urs!


Edit: I'm in oregon. Here, $500 for anything under an ounce is 5x more than the $100 fine you get in California, but seriously getting busted here is nowhere near as bad as other places.

State Constitutions are the key to decriminalizing....Alaska states it is the persons right to privacy to smoke a fuckin doob in his own house not bothering anyone else. Separation of Fed and State. Feds will not fuck with state constitutions.
