looks like some sort of caterpillar
thanks but im trying to identify it so i know how they got into my room
the plant that was suspected to have brought them in has no damage on it so they would of had to of come in with the peat i just bought for my transplants
and i dont want to have to guess what to spray on it
wanting a one shot one kill so i dont have to contaminate my room
i havent had to spray even neem oil in over 5 years

all my plants are in veg still even the auto's
i would order the the spray that was suggested and probably still will but by the time it got here my plants would of been demolished
i sprayed with pyrethrin at a 1/8 th of the suggested str
i put a drop on one of the worms and it was dead within a few minutes

was just really trying to figure out what they were so i could learn the life cycle
so i could prevent this in the future
and figure out if it was my medium i just brought in or or a plant from outside ( which shows no damage ) or just a moth or beetle that wandered into my room
thank you for the help
and if anyone can identify these little buggers please feel free to share your knowledge

and pyrethrin isnt the safest to use but its made from chrysanthemums so i guess technically its organic in origin
but like i said my plants are vegging so all the leaves now shouldnt be anywhere near the buds when flower sets in
auto's are 3 weeks away or so and photo's have another 2 months to veg

Most perethryns these days are formulated man made perethryns.

It DEFINATELY resembles a some moth larvae.

If it was a moth it probably came in either by chance/unscreened entry point or on you.
