veg room = 3 feet wide by 4 feet deep by 3 n half feet high containing 8 150 watt cfls
flowering room = 5 feeet wide by 4 feet deep by 6 feet high. containing 600 watt hps bulb

this is my 5 afghan kush ryders at day 21
this is the first day to go under the 600 watt bulb in my flowering room
there in 2 or 3 gallon pots but i didnt fill them to the top for some retarded reason dont ask me why wish i would have there in a 50/50 perlite/soil mix
started feeding plants a low dosage of botanical prow grow and liquad karma at day 15 about 250-300 ml feedings at that time
and have gradually worked up to about 800-100 feedings every other day and they seem to be lovin it! but any opinion is appreciated!

These are Afghan Kush RYDERS right? Then you dont change the lights to make them flower they will do it on their own. Just keep them 20/4 all the time or 18/6. Also, there is no point cloning autoflowers because the clones will flower automatically at the same time as the part pretty much so you wont get two full sized plants but ratehr one dwarfed clone and one parent with one less branch. To make more seeds, you can use colloidal silver spray or ga3 spray to make one plant produce male flowers (that only contain female pollen) and then cross that pollen with the same plant or anoyrer one for a batch of 100's of feminized seeds the same as the ones you got.

thanks guys for liking my pics and the ideas truely appreciate it and would love for any criticism or ideas anyone wants to throw out at me considering this being my first grow! starting up 5 train wrecks 5 lsd and 5 sour kush and 5 white widow plants! all in 5 galllon pots so stay tuned for the second one startin up in a week or so but i got some question i hope you guys could help me out with!

i started feeding half veg and half bud nutes yesterday nutrients im using are 10 mls/g of liquid karma, 10 mls/g of botanical pro grow, 10 mls/g of botanical pro bloom, and 3 ml/g of monster bloom
i got a few questions to ask

1. even tho im switching them into bud nutes does that mean the plants are goin to stay the same height as they are now or do they still shoot up cause the past week every day they grow at least a inch sometimes more?
2. some of my bottom leaves and the tips of my leaves are turning yellow a light green so i know its a nitrogen defficency how do you go about fixing that asap????
3. also is 80 to high of a temp? and what would be the perferct humidity?
4. THE LIQUID KARMA SAYS TO USE FOR FOILAGE SPRAY? if i do that do u just spray it on the leaves? and what does that do exactly? and does it effect buds if sprayed on buds?

PLEASE HELP GUYS DONT WANT MY PLANTS GOING YELLOW NEED SOME HELP ON WHAT TO DO???? NITROGEN DIFFECIENCY STARTING IM PRETTY SURE HERES A FEW PICS!!

They're not even the same thing. Humic/Fulvic acid - great chelators and also can neutralize chloramine and chlorine. Magnesium deficiency typically is expressed by purple stems - often splotchy if it's not too bad. My advice is to get into organic growing because it's a lot easier to get dialed. I haven't seen many guys using chemicals with very healthy looking plants.

Your plants look quite unhealthy, which is fine, given it's your first go and you're just learning. Very nice looking little room though.

The only problem I can c is maybe your soil is out of mutes (leading to yellowing cause N def) either top dress with a good bit of fresh soil or incorporate N into your feeding schedule.

Seeing if there is cal mag in your kharma is simple; look at how much % of it is cal and mag and compare it to a cal-mag online. I like to check how much of what are in my mutes because it gives me a better feel of what to give the girls.

Humic and Fulvic acid make nutrients that weren't previously available to the plant available to the plant by changing the electrical charge of the compound/molecule they bind to. They also feed microbiology. It's a kelp extract, there are micronutrients and macronutrients in it as well. It's useful for feed and as a foliage spray. Personally I think GH's version is better as Liquid Karma is watered down and the best is free from your compost. Seriously bro, look into Brix gardening and true living organics. You won't regret it.

In my opinion chemical nutes are for people who have a lot of experience. Some would disagree with that probably, but if you follow directions well (and it seems that you do based on what you've done) it's near impossible to screw up organic gardening and then it's just a matter of getting dialed. I don't recommend Sub's supersoil recipe per se, there are better out there. Most people go with it. It's not bad but his plants and Farmerjohn's plants don't look super healthy to me either at least half the time. Purple stems and such. Most magazine pics have unhealthy plants too. Just keep it in mind.

Brix gardeners will tell you that if you can get your saps brix reading into the 20's you will never see a pest - ever. You can use brix methods with chemicals as well, just a bit more difficult IMO as the biology does a lot of the difficult work of balancing for you in a proper organic garden.

As far as simply adding soil - you having been growing with chemical nutrients. Your biology is not going to be very active in your soil mix and your plant has not been sending signals for it to do what it has to do. When you grow with chemicals you bypass the biology and directly force feed the plant - which it's fine with, but it stops sending signals to the microbiology through it's root exudates and as a result the microbiology dies off. It also doesn't thrive in high salt environments and phosphorous straight up slows down microbiology growth and activity very significantly.

I'd flush your soil and then switch back to your veg nutrients assuming it's relatively balanced and not excessive on P. You will see the plants green up again and this is what you want. What you don't want is your plants to be overfed as that will directly affect the taste of your end product. If you feed them perfectly or a little under you can feed right till the end and have exceptionally tasty buds. People who flush hurt their plants at the end. Most people overfeed in general. There's a shit load of bullshit and myths that have 0 scientific backing that float around marijuana forums. You're probably better off learning to grow plants from a good organic general gardening website. Ditto for hydroponics.
