Workers Self-Directed Enterprises

Interesting thing about these types of companies is how quick the "employees" start changing their minds about shit they thought was their RIGHTS as an employee, but can do without as one of the bosses.
I personally think they are good ideas. When you start making your workers think about the bigger picture and not just what they collect on payday, things really can improve.

If he makes more than me then good for him. I make way more than I ever thought I would so I cant complain.

But I'm still not giving my shit away to unskilled try nots just because they showed up. Produce something people want, or get used to a 60 hour week.
