yep, traditional good ole fish and chips, only the best fish, beer batter, crispy chips and home made mushy peas! I have a mobile unit aswell that travels to all the rural villages that dont have a chip shop of their own...license to print cash.
What type of business would you want Johnny? I am a Michelin trained chef hence my businesses tend to be within my expertise area, without a specific skill or knowledge business is a mine field.
It may not seem like a good business venture, but im hoping to open up a salvage grocery store.
Its a risky move but i think i can make it work. Grocerys are just to damn expensive these days. Im gona open it up in low income area which im sure is what people want in those parts. Plus I've talked to a couple owners from different salvage grocery stores around the country and they say "business is a boomin" (anyone guess what movie thats from?)
Id go furthur into detail but ive got to run off now.

The idea is great and a few companies in the UK are doing really well, they are however registered charities.

Yes yes. I talked to a gentlemen on here a little while back that opened one up. He said the hardest part was getting the prices situated and knowing what the people wanted . He also said he spent about 10k getting the lease and the first batch of goods. It would do very well in average/low income area. shit i might stop in;-)

Thats a good idea but its all about the location you dont want it near other stores similiar to yours and you also dont want it in a neighborhood where someone will be sticking your cashier up every night. You want it to be that go to store when someone runs out of a household product.Make sure to serve hot food in it to for cheap and it will be the pot heads paradise.Even get on the tobacco products and bootleg dvd's and water ice in summer, hot chocoalate in winter.in my opinion its a good investment. And the ones around my house buisness is great just dont do nothing stupid like sell drugs out of it lol thats what these assholes are always doing so the cops are always patting people down when they come out.But Good Luck Id rather support a small family buisness then some bullshit sunoco corporation.
