Wondering which Headband i have.......

Few months ago i came across what i was told to be headband. The guy i got it from use to get his stuff from NorCal not sure excatly where in Nor Cal tho. It was a very strong smelling bud and it looked like the Headband that i have seen on RIU and other sites. It made u fill like u had a headband on too tight!!! It wasnt as strong as i had heard it to be but that could of been because it had a few seeds in it. out of a Zip i got about 20 seeds. so now i have them half way grown and about 3 wks into flower. i seen that there is so many different kinds of Headband and im wondering which one i might have. But the biggest thing i wanted to ask is, is it possible for my headband to be more potent then the buds i took the seeds out of? if i successfully pull off a sensimilla grow.

707 headband seems to be most common in cen-cal & i would guess nor-cal as well mine came from south-sac dispensiary as far as seeds go i dont think it has anything to do with potency what does is how soon or late you harvest too soon & its weaker ive done it both ways & longer [abou 10 wks. flower time] is definatly better here is pics of my 707 version

yours look a little diff from mine. urs have more leave that are thinner then my leaves. the ones i have are indoors so i know they wont look the same. but what i was saying about the seeds was, im under the impression that buds without seeds are more potent then buds with seeds. am i under ther right impression? also if the seeds i got from the headband bud was pollinated by another strain it wouldnt really be headband no more right? sorry if i babble on and on but im just trying to learn and figure out what i have with the best info i have available

mine were sat out &went into bud in late apr. then reverted back so it has long 1&3 finger leaves but i dont know about headband in general but am happy with the 1 i have gonna buy some more babies from same place

if you grow some sinsemilla your bud will be more potent than it's pollinated counterpart. also, if it were pollinated with another strain it wouldn't be straight head band.

i dont know 100% about the potency issue but headband [707] has a tendancy to hermie & if your seeds came about that way youve got headband if not youve got a cross

If they came from hermies all the seeds would of been female right? These had some males with them but I did have 2 try to hermie but I cut off the 2 pollen pods and haven't seen any since

too cool.. wish i lived over on the west coast. i get my headband from DNA no problems, but believe me if i could i would be playing with the awesomely sick dispensary genetics.

im guessing the dispensary is probably where the grower got the HB before it was grown and ended up in my hands....from what it sounds like i have the 707 headband... lol shes a LOOOOONG ways from 707
