Thanks buddy, I remember saying in another thread about a month back that if I don't log on for more than a day, then it means I got locked up lol. Just gotta prove myself in court.

Yeah statute of limitations can kick in over that kinda time. Sure won't look good for them having waited 18 months, I know that much.

Apparently they had an investigation alert for me for 18 months but they never knew where I lived. Statute of limitations is 3 years on this charge, I'm a convicted felon already so if convicted I will be looking at 3-7 years. My lawyer was able to get me house arrest during pretrial hence the shutdown. but if convicted and sentenced, all the house arrest time counts toward it.
I will drag it out.

I actually got lucky because the judge seemed to be giving higher bonds to anyone with a gun or violent crime. Guns and violence is a major issue where I'm at

Yeah it's sad the amount of time and money they put into petty crimes but 2 ppl are murdered a day by guns.
My lawyer has a good game plan, drag it out and rack up as much time on house arrest as possible

It works alot from what I hear. Might only end up doing house arrest, depending on how long he stretches it out for. My homie did the same shit. He didn't do a day as his house arrest all went to time served. Fucker sat around drinking all day serving house arrest lmao. He got a kid tho and going to jail over green is fucking bullshit. I don't care how much u got.

I did 18 months in state prison for delivery of cannabis. And I plan on doing the same thing your buddy did, I don't drink but I will be smoking plenty of bud, and I have an apprentice who will continue my op for me under my guidance in a month or so, we are both just going to wait until the heat dies down

It's all you can do is chill and play it cool. See what happens. Good u got someone to take ur shit. My guys always make stupid choices so i couldnt rely on them like that. I just chill at home by myself and it don't bother me at all as I avoid all the bullshit that comes along with chilling with my friends. I guess growing up in the country left to my own devices wasn't such a bad thing as I'm comfy alone. I got a dui once but that all dissapeared. Old man behind the desk thought I said 28 when i said 18. Well I left the dmv with a drivers license that said I was 28 when I was 18. Showed my old man and he said good u can buy the fucking beer now asshole. Got the dui asked my lawyer what to do and he said nothing. Checked with Wisconsin and illinois since then and was told I had a reckless driving charge no evidence of a dui ever, no warrants either. I was one lucky duck to say the least. I don't go into Wisconsin either lol.

any convicted felon has an automatic target on their back. thats a reason why i dont hang with old friends from the neighborhood. everyone dabbles in something. ive seen 4 guys charged with one gun. ive seen the cops split up packs of dope and give mutliple ppl cases instead of charging the person in possession. All the drama in the news involving LEO in my city is very true. Crooked as they come

Yeah its pretty fucked up in the city. They kinda play by their own rules which is scary. Apparently they decided to do a shooting on the road pretty close to my crib today. I hate hearing those helicopters some bullshit.

Yeah it get annoying same with the news choppers at like 5 6 am.Those tight dojo look fucking fire man, good job. That's the last pack of his gear I have to get beside blue kimbo and black cherry creme, a few of his older strains. I got 5 god stomper just started and working on orange glue but the 5 I dropped didn't take so I'm gonna drop the last 8 after I move some shit around and cull a few looser males

yeah BW has some good gear, and hes a stand up guy. i hope you can get those orange glues popped, they sound full of potential. Im in love with the Tight Dojos. Im ahppy though, because i can still keep her around. Cloning all my plants slowed down my op but it worked out for the best.

I just plan on cloning at all times and keep the cloner out on my desk usually running at all times lol. It saves a ton of time over popping seeds. That's exactly what I thought when I heard orange glue lineage. It's gotta be a winner. I assume there are colored phenos and just green phenos in the orange glue with its background.
