Wilting leaves

my leaves were fine today during light, but now after about 2 hours of dark they are all sagging and wilting. i gave them water, how much water should i give them they are in a approximate 8inch by 8 inche pot. all suggestions are greatly appreciated as i am new to this site. i posted once today and got immediate responses, you guys are great helpers. plants are about 6 weeks old and 8 iches tall. lamps are 2 fluorescent spiral bulbs 2700 lumens one on each plant about 5 inches from them, if this is of any relevance. thanks

Any pictures? Could be overwatered.

they are about 6 weeks old. im just using 2 fluorescent lights, one on each plant 2700 lumens each light. the plants are about 8 inches each. its my first grow and im really hopin not to kill them.

Compare the weight difference of a watered plant to a dry one - this is what I do. When the container feels light water it. You should more than likely be watering maybe twice a week with your set up.
