how often are you watering?, it looks like you have alot of nute salt buildup on your res, maybe from using to much nutrients, they have a slight nitrogen claw (to much nitrogen) try flushing and cutting back on the nutes
i mean they are watered 24 7 from being in the resevoir, could it be from having my pot in the water should i back off from the pot in the water like make a inch from water to bottom of net pot?
yes, if you are using bubblponics make it like 1-3 inches from the bottom of the pot so the roots can breath a little bit, make sure you have an airpump and lots of air pumping through, it looks like overwater to me
