Will this work?

you think so? didnt think about cleaning really
this is the first time i've done this started making this a while back an wasn't sure i put up some pics of what i made and i'm thinking pots are too small/close together to get a decent grow
Aw n Cheers for replying was starting to think i wasnt going to get a reply

yeah it takes a bit to get a reply on a good question. 80 % of people here dont know jack lol. anyways, put some pics we can give u some feed back.

great for a cloner, ok for a vegger, really not good for flower. when roots get so long they will be in the nutes and with that little amount of water it will stay warm, not good. you need to decide if you want aero or dwc after cloning stage. if you want dwc lose the pump and manifold and add more nutes and water. if you want aero you will need to plumb from the res to a second tote that will serve as veg root chamber using your sprayer manifold and draining back to res. take a look at my setup in hydro section, my 3 stages of flower. it might give you ideas.

Right ha to do that real quick off to work now, but heres the pics up will have a look at your hyro setup soon an if i'm not going to excpecting a great grow from this i guess thats okay first time anyway i'll check again an reply later

My friend made a similar system.
His aero tote sat on top of another tote which held the pump and acted as a reservoir. Worked beautifully.

Just making sure you all know this, this is my first time. lol
no idea what some words you's are using means like totes, nutes and dwc...
I'd check but i'm on a ship in the north sea just now and google takes 20 mins to load  so my internets not the best out here.

SuperStoner1 - dont know what you mean by nutes but i will be able to adjust the bottom resovoirs height to fit allow more water (or seeing that i havent drilled any drains yet i could just have it detached altogether at an angle), but i'm thinking about air in the water cause i've been reading about the setups where the water acts as a kind of fountain? :s cant remember the right name sorry
Going to have a look at your setup just now.

Cheers DC4

happy to hear his one worked green thumb just hope mines does now :)

nutes= nutrients, food
dwc= deep water culture, a type of hydroponics where rootsn are constantly submerged in nute mix
totes= the storage containers you are using

SuperStoner your actually a legend bongsmilie

I've learned so much from your "3 stages" even got the rough idea for my setup I know there seems to be alot missing like the bits I can't see in your setup.

Not exactly sure what happens inside your gulleys if the water just runs down or if you have somthing of a feed line inside.

I seen someone else who asked for your help and their beginning of it and it seems to have a type of hatch.

So I've decided that i'll keep the first setup as a cloner as you say. I'll stick with aero and start on this setup and please let me know what you think and what's wrong as I go on but here is the idea now.

I can also see a what looks like a metal pipe coming though the middle and going to either side, not 100 percent sure what this is or for :s

i have a pump that feeds the manifold and then 1/2" pvc running the length inside the rails holding the sprayers. you only need 1-2" of incline for drainage. no metal in my system.

hey found your pic finally took ages for it to load up but i copied it and its coming from the top right if the middle plant, not sure what this is ?
