Will this Seedling Grow?

Hi everyone, i'm asking for an opinion on a weird seedling of Cream Mandarine fem (Sweet Seeds) i sprouted this week. Her three sisters are growing just fine, but she is looking like this:


You can see the first two really small leaves from the right prospective, they look intact even if a lot smaller than normal.


Compared to normal seedlings in the back:


I plan on growing 4 plants in my setup so I'm trying to figure out if it will be better to buy and sprout a new seed ASAP,
or just wait and hope she will catch up with the other three..
