Will the USA collapse in 2014?

There are some conspiracies about the illuminati bringing in a NWO

There are also some saying that oil companies are going to begin trading in more than just the US dollar and that is supposed to cause collapse

There are also those saying that the bombing and school shootings were false flags as well as the navel base shooting.

I don't know whats real but I would like to know if shits going to go down.

You can call me stupid or ignorant or whatever for believing all this shit but I think it is important to at least take a look into it and make sure what they tell us is true.

Mate you think you got worries, you should see the stuff happening in my country, and all the conspiracy theories around it, weird shit going down in the world now. If I wasn't a stoner I don't know what I would have done, but I reckon it's getting close to the time we we take our ladies no matter what stage of growth they are in and head for the mountains. Why can't stoner's have their own country and everybody can kill themselves and run after money and power and leave us alone. I man has to dream right?

No, the USA likely won't collapse for another few decades at least

There have been dozens, if not hundreds, of predictions that have stated not only one Country would end, but the entire planet. All have, of course, been incorrect. Why should we believe this prediction? How is it different from any of the others?

One fact did it for me:

No nation in history has come back from more than $10 trillion in debt

IMO, economic collapse at this point is inevitable, all our elected officials do is put a bandaid on the problem

Has any nation even come close to 10 trillion dollars in dept?

    The Roman Empire surpassed it

We have the privilege of 'owning' the petro-dollar as they call it.

Shit will hit the fan eventually.

To be honest though, I believe for as much f'd up evil stuff is going on, there are 'people' protecting us as well. Just be what you came here to be and do what you came here to do. If you need help, ask - you might be surprised that over time, you got everything you needed.

    That is rapidly changing.

Don't believe it if you don't want to seem stupid and ignorant.

When I was stupid and ignorant, I believed all this too. Nothing new here. The Hippies were saying this 50 years ago, the Bohemians, 70 years ago, Marxists 100 years ago.

It is all Anti-Constitution hopefulness and is sick to the core. BTW, I am glad you said stupid. There are none so stupid as those that refuse to learn.

    Were you alive in 2008?

Collapse can come in an instant.

China buys all sorts of oil without using the dollar, Russia sells lots of oil to China and no US dollars ever exchange hands, so does Iran.

Only the OPEC countries have their oil sales tied to Dollars.

I cannot find that figure. Provide a link? IAC, here is what happened to Rome. No rule of law. It was just a 1/2 way thing. Your entire family was murder over your dis-credit. No Roman paid taxes, so they had no skin in the game. The Senate was so fucked up, there had to be a Caesar, to hold it all together. But, they had no way to get one leader except thru violence. The first one went to the Senate to be murdered to make a statement. The second one had to chase down Brutus, Pompey and Antony, to get the job.

We learned about the rule of law from all that.

133 BC – Tiberius Gracchus elected tribune in 133 BC.

123 BC – Tiberius’ brother Gaius Gracchus elected tribune.

121 BC – Gaius Gracchus murdered when he stood for election as tribune for a third term.

112 BC – Roman Senate declares war on Numidia.

    112 BC–105 BC – Jugurthine War.

late 110/early 109 BC – Jugurtha defeats Roman army led by Aulus Postumus Albinus.

107 BC – Marius elected consul.

105 BC – Marius was elected consul.

104 BC–100 BC – Marius serves as consul for five successive terms.

104 BC – Marius returns to Rome by January 1, and celebrates his triumph over Jugurtha.

    91–88 BC – Social War.

91–86 BC – Debt deflationary crisis.

88 BC – King Mithridates VI of Pontus (king from 120 BC to 63 BC) invades Asia Minor and causes the massacre of 80,000 Romans and Italians.

88 BC – Lucius Cornelius Sulla (c. 138 BC–78 BC) and Quintus Pompeius Rufus are consuls. Sulla invades Rome and defeats the populares.

87–84 BC – Sulla fights the Mithridatic war.

87 BC Marius and Cinna occupy Rome and kill their opponents. This was called the Bellum Octavianum.

86 BC – Gaius Marius dies on January 13.

86–84 BC Rome dominated by Cinna.

83 BC – Sulla ends war with Mithridates and marches on Rome.

83–82 BC – Civil war between Sulla and the party of Caius Marius the younger and Cinna.

82 BC – Victory for Sulla at the Battle of the Colline Gate.

end of 82 BC/early 81 BC – the Senate appoints Sulla dictator legibus faciendis et reipublicae constituendae causa (“dictator for the making of laws and for the settling of the constitution”), without a term limit.

82–80 BC – Constitutional reforms of Sulla.

end of 81 BC – Sulla resigns his dictatorship.

80 BC – Sulla holds the consulship.

70 BC – Pompey and Crassus elected consuls and dismantle significant parts of Sulla’s constitution.

Sure, there is still Gold. But, only the Greenback is equal to gold. I hope you are not saying China pays Russia in Yuan.

    NoDrama Well-Known Member
