I have seen them get battered down from a hard rain and wind.

Oh yea, keep it out of the rain or the plant will vaporize.

I had 3 plants a few years ago that got ruined by a hurricane (wiped all the trichs off)...I would say a light rain is ok but watch the wind!

if the plant has been growing outside all year, it will be fine, nature adapts to its surroundings pretty easily... unless there's a tsunami headin your way dont even worry about a little rain... its only rain

I've always found in the past that a little or medium rain storm,, made my plants stronger, and lots of growth when sun finally comes out.... but thats where I live in the desert... same way in jersey too...:peace:...peace...

I would put a bamboo in the ground and tie it to the bamboo, as i live in the uk and shitty wind split one of mine, some shit weather coming to...................... take note, as far as rain they love it
