Will my baby's finish in time? Why did this happen ?

So I have had my blue widow from Dinafem outside from a foot tall outside since the first of May, I live in southern Ontario and the summer has been real hot and wet so I haven't had really had to go water it much once or twice a week , but now it's going into September and I know it's a6-8 week flower but it's showing minimal signs of going into bud

I don't know what calendar you are looking at ;) But here in Eastern Ontario it's still mid August lol We are still getting approximately 14hrs of light during the day. Have some patients it will start to flower over the next week or so I would think.

Ya I hear you I'm just worried about the frost and shit this year , but I think this summer might stretch it out a bit , I'm only tripping because I figured I should see some pistils by now maybe one or two on a node . Grr I have no patients I have to get my indoor started :$ lool

Forecasting October 6th for the first frost this fall which is 7 weeks from today. You should start seeing some signs soon. How much direct sunlight do they get in a day? Are they shaded at all?

They had amazing sunlight all year all the way from 18 at some days to now 13-14 i tried to get as much as possible but now I'm thinking I might go put a few stakes in and put a small tarp a few feet above it ( not many trees I can use and still get sunlight mostly large Canopys).

Why would you want to tarp it? Let the light shine through man. I bet your starting to see some indication of flowering now eh?

actually you under 14 hrs of day light and should be heading into flower mode soon
also for the op dam your plant is very small i am in north of the 60th parallel and planted end of may plant is 10 feet tall and over 10 feet wide the other bushes beside them are berry bushes @ 5 feet tall lol and one huge apple tree IMG2498.jpg

Your right but the initial question was asked on the 18th and the 15th was the first day under 14hrs (13h59m37s to be exact) Always takes a little time to start showing. Today were at 13h37m36s of daylight slowly dropping off. ;)

Must have planted late I wasn't planning an outdoor grow but did it last minute. Only took clones end of June (25-26th) lol and my plants are about the same size as his maybe a little bigger.

Honestly I have no idea what happend to the things I got them all from dinafem blue widows an they have been outside since April 4th
They are getting 100% sun and I thought maybe the tarp might give an hr or less light a day depending on how I put it . And ha that's the biggest one out of five I dug holes that were 1x1 feet not huge or anything was just puttin them outside to grow on their own (after starting them too about 10" ) I haven't used any nutes just bone meal perlite and triple mix so hopefully it's going to turn out quality over quantity wish me luck!

I'll go get some pictures and stuff tonight to let ya know what's going on ! Oh I also had it in a 5 gal pale so the roots could get as much goodness as possible , but it's been in the ground about a month now ( also I planted in the five gallon , I dident transfer them 5-6 times like some lol I think I just got either duds or maybe it's the indica side ? I hear /Seen they don't grow tall at all really

Well strain always plays a role in size. Could just be they aren't getting the nutrients they need to flourish since they have just been getting natures nutrients and nothing else. Either way you should still get some smoke.
