Will it be Ok to dry my buds like this?

Will this be alright to dry until I put them in paper bags to dry a lil more?

I clipped off all the fan leaves and then clipped the tips of the sugar leaves , the part that didn't have resin glands on it and hung them on this line in my room ... I have the light on now but I keep this room dark most the time with the blinds closed and it stays pretty dark in this room most the day ,except for when I turn on the light to change clothes or something. So do you think this will be aight?

This is how I dry my buds. have been doing this for years . Hang for 4 to 5 days and when stems just get a snap to them , I cut the nugs and put them into glass jars. I do trim them a little closer . I only want buds in my jars. I save all the sugar leaves and give them to my son . He does other things with them but that is another subject.
This is a great way to dry , but remember to keep a fan blowing gently across the ladies . You want to keep air moving to prevent mold problems.

Thanks for the reply .. Yeah I have one of those air filters with ionizing stuff in it sitting under the buds and they are gently being blowed on . also should I go from dry to paper bag for a few days or go straight to jars after the snap in the stem?

PS.. I trim the edges of the sugar leaves the part that doesn't appear to have any oil glands on it and then i just dry it up.. I like having a little leaf in my weed and I don't bother with the concentrates.. I just like joints and having a little of that sugar leaf in it helps bulk up the joint and it keeps me from wasting it.

Doesn't the odor get in everything in your room? I tried drying in my garage and forgot to move the car out, the odor actually seeped into the car even though all windows and vents were closed. It took about a month before the odor in the car went away. The whole house actually smelled from opening the door from the garage to the house. I remember running to the store once while I was in the middle of trimming and got lots of looks and a few PU's. Do you do any odor control?

I live in the Seattle area and I have medical authorization to grow , so I don't really care about odor , but yeah I do smell it all throughout the house and my wife just told me should could smell it like 2 blocks away as she was walking home ... But so what? If the cops come to my door I will gladly show them my medical authorization and then they can go take a hike.

I never use paper bags . I go straight from hanging , and into the glass jars. I shake up the jars once a day and leave the lids off for about 30 minutes. You trim it the way you like it . You don't need to impress anybody but yourself. Keep on growing . You will learn something new every grow.
