Will I pass MEPS?! (military drug test)

Ok so here's a long story supe short.. Always had a dream of being a navy seal, finally decided to commit about 2 weeks ago, going to take MEPS Thursday morning which is the 11th. Gotta pass the drug test, I wad never a heavy smoker I burned one up maybe once a week with 1-3 friends, maybe 2 times a week MAX. Last time I smoked was about a month or so ago. I'm 6'3" 190 pounds, probably 4% body fat, I go to the gym to lift everyday as well as running on the beach or outdoors. Will I pass!? I'm scared bc I don't want to fuck up my dream

I have friends who work in the oil patch piss once a year or so , 1 month for a light smoker will prob. pass but if you can reschedule for an extra week or so be on the safe side .

my buddies were straight up with their recruiter and they pushed it back for him, I dont know how you feel about doing that but it couldnt hurt


if not i say your fine, people with fast metabolism and workout and dont smoke much can pass that shit in 2 weeks but really it alllll has to do with your personal metabolism

Went to cvs and got a first check marijuana home drug test and I passed it with flying colors, line was super dark which means super negative which alsoooo means I'm a very happy camper and no longer worried thank god for my 5% body fat! Hah

Cannabis is a drug that will stay in your system longer than heroin and coke,it can still be in a urine sample 6 months after useing it.I would not use anything if you are going to give a sample of blood/urine if it involves something has important has serveing your country.But cannabis can also show in someone who does not use it if they have been in the same room has a user.Alot of people smoke it in your local pub you must have inhaled some of the smoke.Say you don't use any kind of drug this could be the only way that it has found it's way into your sytem.....tyke.................................................

I've heard it stays for a month. Also don't forget that it is FAT soluble.. so I'd assume less fat = less time in your system, especially if said fat was burned off and replaced. Or I could just be talking out of my ass. haha.

OK man !st its good you didn't smoke that much cause when i signed up it took 4 months+ to get it out of my system ( I was smoking 10-12 times a day of some dank( I was dealing at the time)) but any way tell your recruiter and he'll test you until your clean then he'll set up a day for meps and he won't put it on your paperwork depending on you job classification i was applying for counter-Intel and he and his boss told me to lie about it or I wouldn't get the job and have to be a grunt and since you want to be a seal it should apply the same way hope this helped

And thanks for wishin me luck with BUDs i'm preparing myself for it more and more everyday I'm pretty damn fit right now , and I'm committed mentally as well. I will never quit, ever. So hopefully this seal contract is in my hands within the next month or 2! Training starts next week! Thanks for the help guys

I'm former military and I wouldn't reccomend risking it... I had friends busted and they thought they would pass using multiple different methods.. They have very strict guidelines and top of the line tests...

Their tests are no more top of the line than anyone else (i know for a fact actually)...when you go through the very fun "day of tests" at the MEPS in your region, they do make sure you are not doing anything to make the drug srceen turn up a false negative....meaning you piss into a cup with someone watching you...no way you can add anything to your urine, no bringing in a clean sample...

you won`t pass if you`ve smoked within 28 day`s.They are VERY STRICT.I used to get tested every six months or every time I caught a ship.I spent a long time in the Merchant Marines.We got checked by the coast guard.They even watch watch so you can`t cheat.Any way Good luck with the Seal`s.I spent mine in the Army.WOW its been 30 years ago.

You will be just fine if you go there well hydrated.

Just to clear up the confusion, I took TWO drug tests within the past few days and I passed both with strong negative results for every drug I'm all clean!

I could’ve told you you was more then fine unless you’re a super heavy smoker like more then once per day and a lot of it , it shouldn’t take it that long to leave your body just drink water pee it out and sweat it out by working out that’s what i do on the regular anyway i took a test for my bro 3 days before i had smoked and i was clean ‍
