will i go to prison

hello can someone help me im growing 50 plants if i get busted wot will happen this is my first time in my new address i have grown and ive never been busted yet......will i go to prison......thankyou..

exactly were in the uk would help, i mean give us an idea. but if its anything like the states, then yes. lol.

most likley yes that is a lot of plant to try and purswade the authorutys its for personal use over here and it depends on the re classification im not sure if its back to a b now or still a c but it will have harsher penalties as a class b obviously i woul research on the law to find out exactly but thats alot of pot lol

It depends where you live, but as a general rule of thumb yes, you would go away for quite a while...

I dont think so if its our first offence. Maybe probation and a hefty fine, and possible support meetings etc for a year or 2. Just keep quiet, dont tell anyone and dont even get yourself a parking ticket. Stay safe..

if u lived in canada u would not go to jail (providing u got a good lawyer) good buddy was busted with 15 pounds in his gun safe and all his guns were unlocked under the bed and he got a bigger fine for the guns then the weed and all with only 12 hours in jail

in the state i reside in, if caught the charge is possession, cultivation and most likely with a crop that size, cultivation/possession with the intent to distribute. the cultivation charge alone where i live is automatic 10 years in prison although the state just passed a law to dicriminalize MJ, so basically i can drive around with anything under an ounce and all i will recieve is a citation.. no court date, no jail unless caught cultivating
