i would have to disagree-

just because they say makes it so. really they are fucking us. and it is the constitution that guarantees these rights. it doesn't mean anything any more?

if that's the case then it's time to say fuck it. i am free, even if i'm using the kalishnakov blaze of glory style.

and wasn't it you fdd, that got his things back from uncle sam. if so, why did you even try. they took it and said it was so.

not rtyin to ruffle your feathers, i just think our government is TOO involved. it benefits them more than us and that's not right. case in point; it would seem that as of late the president now controls 75% of our economy. didn't we have the same problem with george?

and i am revoked. every where i go i am breaking the law. pay the fine, sure. 487, and change. for a half million dollars, i can go to the grocery to get food for my kids?

sorry i thought i had seen a discussion about you getting some hardware seized. it was a senior member of the sight though, and they DID get it back. in cali, from the feds.

Look man, I really don't think that all this philosophy and fuzzy logic is going to have much sway with the judge.

As he is most likely not going to be a hippie.

This guy would get a lot further if he just said that he broke the law and that he was sorry.

If you try to argue with the judge, you may end up in contempt of court.

the cop actually did you a favor by not charging you a fine for not having that registration sticker. he just got you for a suspended liscense which they will do every single time.

fdd has me all messed up, hes pretty much a cop himself. my bills are paid they stopped sending the little plate sticker in the mail this year so i didnt get it on time i am registered fine. this isnt really fuzzy logic this marc stevens stuff all has supreme court shit to back it up and it is legal speak, asking questions should not piss off a judge and i just get them to box themselves in with their own legal stuff so i think its good... i worry about not knowing some small print mostly. whoever said the judge isnt a hippy is probably right and who ever said i should throw myself in front of this person doesnt understand that cops and judges are out to fuck you over i guess anybody had this charge?

funny you say that. #1 can i get a fair trial? yes #2 can i get a fair trial if there is a conflict of interest? no #3 who do you represent? state of massachusetts.
the state of ma is the plaintiff in the traffic case! conflict of interest the judge represents the party attacking me! does marc stevens pull all this out his ass? do these techniques work?

i think these "laws" aren't laws.
in saginaw, tomorrow there will be a demonstration against the sheriff. he has been harassing a local medical grower, and caregiver, ultimately ending up in the dea raiding him, and seizing a substantial amount of property.

in light of the publicity of the demonstration, the dea has said that the tip for the search was provided via the saginaw county sheriff's department. there has also been a recall filed against the sheriff.

this is relevant because if going to the grocery in your auto, really is a right, and NOT a privilege, we are idiots and our elected officials are crooks.
my point was if they seized your grow and told you you broke the law just eat it. why TRY to get the equipment back?

Yea definately let us know. While I don't think it will work it is still interesting. I've also been reading up on the traveler vs driver legal definition and requirement and some guy I read about said he got a drivers certificate instead of liscense because legally you don't need a liscense? I don't know

just talked to my lawyer he said for 750$ he will get me out of it with just court costs. he sounds legit with the shmoozin and sweettalk up at the court house so fuck it im droppin bills. sadly he said the marc stevens is if you really want to get into some shit- not with my neck/dollars on the line in court- and the best way is to hire him cause hes just gonna sweet talk it easy with his bros in court done for $750 what a bunch of bs

after all of it hes telling them the same thing i did, which is i took the class and got my license back. he says i may not even go to my court date if he talks to them first, with the same thing i said. so it seems it doesnt matter what i say, its who you know and how much money you throw at it first before it sics you
