Will Canada be last to the table

the cannabis legalization surge is a rolling snowball now in the US now and Canada still seems to be stuck with backwards people hell bent on keeping it locked up. Cannabis seems to be the new economy saviour and Canada use to lead in hydroponics industry product production but seems we might be left out with what is happening in the US.
