Will a hydroponics system get rid of bug problems?

Basically getting sick of bug problems with my soil grow and thinking of switching to a hydro grow.

Tjeyre easier to keep at bay. Can still get em if u bring em in from outside.

wud defo say - YES!
only reason grow hydro, did a outdoor plant and bought it into my hydro grow at the side and i developed bugs everwere snapped the plant
But im sure there is more reason for bugs no just soil, some one might know and answer, i dont know what else

I'm having a fungus gnat problem. Just put some Doktor Doom on them today and now my leaves are shriveled up that got wet with the spray. Also got some on my hand I used to spray with and paranoid about chemicals in general i'd rather not deal with them. Also put up fly traps for the adults.

Im just looking for something where bugs won't be a problem.

Bugs will always be a problem if you arent carefull about a few things.

Any gaps can allow bugs in

Pets allowed in your grow rooms NO NO NO

never enter your grow rooms when you just come in from outside, if you HAVE to then a wash or shower and change of clothes should be done.



Hydro is alot less susceptible to bugs but you can still get them.



Weekly grow room cleans with 10% bleach solution.
