Hi There,

This is my first post, i have a few grows under my belt but i am gong on holiday in april and have just got 12 kush(not sure exactly as guy didnt know) clones, been told they should be an 8 week finsh(roughly) so my question would be is 4 weeks of veg gonna give me a good enough yield or should i get some more clones to try an even out the yield lose?

Srry if ive missed anything out, like i said its my first post :)

Whats a good enough yield? If you're asking what yields more a few large plants or a lot of little ones. I think yield would be close, with the bigger plant yielding a bit more. Growing smaller plants will finish faster with no veg time.

What's your lighting and room size? I veg for 21-28 days, 9 lt. pots of coir. Stain depended I pull 2-4 ounces per plant under a 600.

cheers dude :)

Im running 4x600's in a 8x4 room with 8" ceilings, got the clones under the t5 in 1.5ltr pots till rooted out then into 11ltr pots and moved into room with the 4x600's for a while longer then flip em,

what d'ya reckon? anything you would do different?

Give them better lighting. T-5s are good for cloning but lack the power to grow anything past 6". Put them under the 600's or a 4k metal halide for your best growth.

okay, i thought the t5's where good up to like 12" but im fairly new to it.

so you think better to get them under the 600's now..i only potted them 2-3 days ago?

cheer dude :)

The obvious question: by 8 week finish, you know that means 8 weeks in flower? Not 8 weeks total.

I clone in 3 ounce Dixie cups, soon as I see roots they get transplanted to 5" pots for 2 weeks then after that they go into their final 9 liter pots then 1-2 weeks later they get flipped to 12/12.DSCN0668.JPG

Those are G-13's in 9 liter pots of coir vegged 28 days.

Have you taken into account the drying and processing time it will take?

nice, i have 10 fem g13's in a pack myself, but have yet to pop em as i thought they were a 12-13 flower, yeah i have allowed myself just over a week for drying an such. i no im not gonna get the best smoke out of that time frame but just gonna sell all of it to get some extra holiday money and wanted to upgrade from the 4x600 to 2x gavita 1000's pro....my good friend highly recommends :)

yeah dude :) srry if i wasnt clear, but yeah 8 weeks roughly from flip over.
I hate to say it but don't ever go by the breeders time, or anyone that tells you because they could end up being 8 weeks or even 12 weeks, you have to check the triks and pistols get a jewelers scope

Yeah cheers dude I did no that about the trichs and that.
Wasn't going by breeders info man. Got the clones of a friend that told me they was roughly 8 weeks, and it's a strain he done for a while now so think I'll be okay.

Cheers dude
