Wierd Discoloration and Growth on Leaves?

Anyone know what this is or what I'm doing wrong the strain is hollands hope plant is small about a foot tall I have a second hollands hope that is getting the same feeding and watering sched and its fine Any thoughts pics are not great but best I could do.

Nothing wrong. Just the plant doing it's thing! Oddities are common in seedlings, they usually outgrow them.
