Widow Look at the Leaves whats going on?

Ok 2 of my plants look awesome and 3 of them have very frayed little leaves and the tops look like this can it be from having the light too close it cant be nuts because ive been runnin around 1100ppm everything seemd ok then the leaves started growing out like this can it be from the way i topped them im very confused ive done everything right so far and im about to flower would love some advice

now that ive been reading ive been misting them too much and te light was prob too close and it burned them im gonna stop spraying them because i think thats what i did

yea cut back on the mist and see if it heals up nice, if not then it could be a
Phosphorous deficiency. add commercial phosphate. should help

well how do i do that im using general hydroponic solution which one do i add more more of grow bloom or micro
