You probably should check the trichomes. Plants never stop growing. If you're going according to pistil color, don't. Pistils sometimes will stay white all throughout the grow. They will all turn amber after it's chopped.

I have 2 plants that are 14 weeks in flower and tho some of the trichs are cloudy and some amber they still are pushing out white pistles.

I'm just worried there not gonna be dense and smell good, The last harvest was airy and smelled like grass. I switched for this grow to General Hydroponics and am running them in advanced mode with full nutes. I have 4 plants under a 400w HPS ( I know, but it gets to hot and I'm in a APT so I'm not pushing my luck)

density has alot to do with light intensity and the grassy hay smell is usually because they dried to quick not because of the nutes you used. kepp your light close as possible and do what you can to slow down the drying process. you never mentioned what strain you are currently running. sativas have a longer flowering time where as the chemd4 you mentioned is usually a 9-10 week strain. i have 5 liberty haze plants 10 weeks into veg(go big or go home) and they have been known to go 14weeks depending on what pheno you got.

I would guess temps too high if it's taking 12-13 weeks especially if you're getting airy buds. My first grow I ran 86*F with Co2 in a sealed room and I got the exact same situation and it was almost a complete waste of time. I got some massive buds and it was producing good weight but I cut down at 13 weeks with clear/cloudy and airy buds and the problem was the heat in the room. I flowered the same exact clones after lowering the temperature to 74*F a second time and now at 7 weeks they are almost looking done and I'm already spotting amber with very tight density. I'm going to let them go 9 weeks but even at 4-5 weeks they were more potent than the plants flowered for 13 weeks. Heat has been the most significant factor for me in potency, flowering time, and density so drop it down and you will see real results. From my experience that even after lowering the temps the plants are a waste of time and don't seem to recover from the heat stress so focus your attention on your next grow if your situation matches mine. Grassy smell also comes from cutting pre-mature buds and yours will have a grassy smell since the plant was more focused on surviving and not producing trichomes so the terpenes never really were produced. If you cure it the grassy smell will go away to an extent but it will never really smell that great or strong. If you flowered for another 6 weeks you might be able to get something but I think the energy is best focused on the next grow.
